Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIME
- Self-fulfilled prints: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
- Print-on-demand items: Orders are processed within 3-7 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
✩ Please double check that you are ordering the correct size and quantity. Make sure to input the correct shipping address. If you do not give the correct shipping address and your package is sent back to us, you will need to pay again for re-shipping costs.
SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. We offer:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and destination.
MULTIPLE ITEMS
Orders containing both self-fulfilled and print-on-demand items may ship separately. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via USPS, UPS, and other trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at shop@lindseydemars.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
